FOUNDATIONS Coaching is a high-accountability program for those struggling with emotional eating and food behaviors. This is life coaching for food; we focus on identifying triggers, building intervention strategies, and eliminating food as a coping mechanism. Clients receive the highest level of support, including extended check-ins and real-time guidance, with nutrition changes for weight loss or gain introduced after one month free of negative food behaviors. This is how we quit the drug of food.
